Since I joined several years ago, Workday leadership has been consistent in making its employees a priority. The benefits we receive are well above average and I was impressed with how leadership managed things during a challenging period with the COVID pandemic.

We're not a start-up, but act like we are. We all want to win and drive more value to our customers. That being said, leadership enables us to take time off when we need it. I think that makes us even more loyal to Workday.
