Workday is the best company I've worked for in my 4-decades career, and I've worked at one other very large company (a competitor) that was also pretty good, but Workday is better. It's a happier, more positive, and more fun place. All the managers I've had experience with here have been terrific.

This company has the best culture I've experienced in 35 years (all but 3 outside of Workday). It is very encouraging, inclusive, diverse, collaborative, and not overly hierarchical. Everyone's voice is heard. No-one's opinions are belittled or diminished for any reason. Everyone "plays nice".

I love the culture, I enjoy working on and using the Workday product, I like learning new things, which is almost every day, I like how well our internal processes work, I like the snacks and flavoured water dispensers, the pleasant office environment (and views).

I get a fair salary and bonus, but the RSUs are something my previous employers didn't offer. I like that owning stock makes us think a little bit more like shareholders, not just employees. i.e. we are all part-owners of Workday, and as owners, we should be more motivated to make Workday successful
