We foster creativity and collaboration. Even remotely, I interact with my coworkers more than I did in the office at my old job, and we share so many great ideas for innovation and progress.

My team is full of brilliant engineers and customer relationship experts. I'm impressed everyday by what the people around me can accomplish. I'm also grateful that my team is compassionate and is there to support me at work and outside of the office.

While our title may be comparably compensated, at Dynatrace we are held to a higher standard, work with far more technical and advanced topics than others with the same title, go above and beyond the call of duty, and provide customers what they say is "something they can't get anywhere else"
