Being for almost 9 years in the company and being paid less basic than a new joinee, carrying a higher quota for same OTE is definitely disheartening. I think company should remunerate long serving, high performing individuals in a better way.
My increments have always been delayed and i find myself underpaid. My high performing long serving tenure with the company is never given enough credits as compared to the outside new hires. I believed in work hard to achieve what you deserve, unfortunately personal preferences take precedence.
