Their transparency and vision. It's very clear the type of company they want to be and it's reflected in everything they say and do. Additionally, their people culture is everything that a company culture SHOULD be. They truly do see and honor the entire individual.

They strive to be transparent and are open to new, better ways of doing things. Sometimes they aren't able to be transparent or don't do it quite right (e.g. layoff and restructures), but I have the impression they are doing the best they can to navigate these situations and are willing to improve.
