The people and the culture
they're transparent about issues and what they're doing to solve them. They believe in DI&B and are actively working towards better outcomes for all employees.
Everyone is so freaking engaged, but in the best of ways. People want more for each other and our customers. It shows up in the way we build things.
People want each other to succeed. I've worked at places where that's not the case, and it's so refreshing to see that everyone can do well and be recognized for it.
