They are all very personable, kind, and considerate. I've found that all expectations and goals are communicated clearly and actionably. It always feels like a safe space to voice my own concerns and opinions.

The fact that mental health and work psychological safety are so important. In my direct team but also in the company as a whole, there are so many check-ins, resources, and time available to care for your mental health and safety. It is just unparalleled.

The support and camaraderie. I came into the position nervous and riddled with workplace PTSD that I didn't even realize I had. These women I work with empower me with kind words and encouragement, support me in work, and make it easy to connect on personal level, too.

The unlimited PTO. Not only does it breed a sense of responsibility within our work space but it also makes me feel valued and cared for. There isn't any reason not to better or take care of myself, which makes me feel more dedicated to meeting our professional goals.
