Great product, but company continues to struggle internally with shifts in culture + expectations re: productivity. I like our HEART values, and for the most part we're pretty good at sticking to them. I've only met a handful of jerks here, which is nice.

An overall lack of experience and perspective. Lots of people whose only job is HubSpot and are willing to consider new ideas on the surface, but not actually create any meaningful or necessary change. The bar of talent is also just lower than what I've experienced at other companies.
