The literal environment is very welcoming with bright colors, comfy couches, cool ammedites. On top of that it's almost like a judgement free zone in what you're doing and when. Everyone's on different schedules and it's nice to feel that kind of freedom at work.

I believe in what our company stands for and the work that we are doing for our customers. I feel happy knowing that my managers are invested in my success and that feeling is shared with my coworkers from the executive level all the way down.
