In general, HubSpot pays on the lower side in the tech space which especially hinders the company from hiring older, experienced employees.

Transparency, clear communication. They care about the employees. They care about making the world a better place. They make me proud to work for HubSpot.

It's ok to fail. We learn, we experiment, we innovate. One of the main rules within the organization is "assume good intent" and people truly embody this.

People assume good intent about each other. There is respect and caring for each other, and for our customers. It's the only company where I've not worked with any jerks.

HubSpot culture is the best, hands down. The people are smart, managers are empowered and there is a level of general respect for each other that I've not seen in other organizations.

HubSpot historically pays very low. They hire young and promote upward so salaries are much lower than other tech companies, which also means there are not many older employees in the organization.

I feel like the work I'm doing is making a big difference for people all around the world, customers and future customers. I can see the direct value of my work and that's super rewarding.

The company really cares about its employees. And it's a culture of learning and experimenting and trying something different if something doesn't work out. It's not a place of blame, gossip or being punished for failings as so many companies are.

HubSpot generally pays much lower than other tech companies. They hire young and bring people up within the organization so pay is lower. They are working on salary issues, but there is still a lot of pain in this regard. People stay b/c of rewarding work and the culture not because the $ is great.
