I love the product and the people who work here. I am however disappointed with the lower than average salary and limited opportunity for real career progression in my department of customer success.

The company does not pay industry standards for customer success. They do not take into consideration experience and skills and there is very little internal mobility and career progression for our department after you reach a certain stage of your role.
