It's overwhelmingly ever-changing, but the coworkers are always there to help and support.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary, of course. Much much much better from my previous one. It's not the best, but it pays well. And the benefits, of course! Ridiculously amazing!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a co-worker with the same role and has higher salary than me. I worked longer and started alone in my team and I believe I I deserve higher compensation.
