I enjoy my direct team and feel like the managers care about me. I feel that Trimble is competitive with their benefits. But it's been a real struggle in the mobility sector with product issues that are hard to overcome with customers.

We are having major product issues that have eroded customer trust. Decisions and roll-outs seem to happen without proper planning and communication. We need to improve the product and when launching something new, we need to make sure that all stakeholders are involved from the beginning.
