I was impressed on the day of my interview. I had back-to-back interviews and was offered the position a few days later. This spoke to me about their efficiency, by streamlining and improving processes; as I expected, this has continued to be the case in all areas.

They are all truly dedicated employees, again putting people first. For example, when I've made a mistake in an email, they don't respond to "all", they email me personally so that I can correct it, without looking bad in the eyes of others. Again, people come first!

People come first; not just customers and employees, but everyone. This management style not only makes me proud to be part of this organization but is what drives me to give 110%, while also getting more involved in DNA where I can be a part of making a difference in the lives of other employees.
