The culture is global, and so it encapsulates many different local cultures - but we are able to make it work through a known direction of products and services.

Our team interacts well with each other, and my perception is that we are able to drive work efficiently within our team due to how well we interact together. We don't avoid conflict, we properly engage with it towards resolution. This is healthy.

They communicate well - the CEO has been providing monthly 20-minute plus video updates since I joined 5+ years ago. He is honest & transparent, and it's inspiring. This is the first time I've seen a CEO communicate this well in such a context.
