Company sponsored events are limited to an annual Christmas party. Little social events throughout the year would help. This should be driven by employees, but initiated by management.
Employees are the biggest asset for a company. A little public recognition and appreciation can go a long way. We have areas of the company that are very innovative, but embracing and sharing that innovation gets deferred due to quarterly financial objectives.
