
I am realistic. While every company has positives and negatives, my experience at TRMB has been positive, while knowing and seeing areas needing improvements. I look forward to continued positive progress and wanting to assist in the success of the company moving forwad.

openness and diversity across locations. Meaning, if I were in a situation that required me to move OR change locations, even if temporary, I feel Trimble would support an employee's needs.
We do good things for the world. We make our customer's lives easier by using our technology. Trimble is striving to be more socially conscious and a leader, but not at the expense of our users or employees (*that is my hope).
That we are changing from the culture of old AND now looking at the world's social views and adjusting to being better moving forward. And while you will never please everyone nor get it right the first time, I believe we are moving in the right direction.
The 'best part'? We have a package. But it does feel less 'complete' than it used to feel. Specifically, medical used to be MUCH less touch needed from the employee. Currently, either my wife or I have to spend at least an hour a week reconciling or on phone/hold with Aetna/express scripts or Dr's.
