They are very transparent. They share goals and results all year long, not just final results. They are accessible and do not use gate keepers.

Everyone is always willing to help each other. We have a group chat where everyone feels comfortable asking questions. Everyone helps with onboarding new employees or contractors.

The interviewers tried to make it more like a conversation than strictly an interview. They took time to get to know me and dive into my answers.

They are humble. They ensure open communication, including taking the time to explain why decisions are being made. Our CEO posts informal short video updates on what is top of mind for him so that we are all aware of what is going on.
