The regular salary is very competitive, also I have contract for 40.4 hours per week, when i work more I can take time off to compensate for this overtime, allowing for a good work/life balance.

I am working with very smart people, everyone is open to give and receive honest feedback. Everyone is treated with respect, good work is appreciated and when something goes wrong everyone focuses on a solution and how we have to improve versus finding a scapegoat to blame.
