The layoffs were a bit of a shock, but overall, I am happy here. I think there is still a fear in the air of uncertainty with said layoffs.

Leaders are unorganized and don't respect the deadlines, making the work to be done after we get what we need frustrating. A lot of perks in Linz, but not in the US. I don't feel part of that world or part of the company that is seen by the public eye.

I can' think of anything. I see a lot of people in Linz having a blast on social media, but state side, I just feel like I'm not a part of that experience and see it as a negative.
