Work can be interesting but it there seems to be a shake-up every couple of years, creating uncertainty. No real paths presented to advance, just lateral moves.

Total compensation at Dynatrace is much less than other companies in the industry. This includes salaries, bonuses, medical insurance premiums/deductibles, PTO, etc.

They seem to be plugged in to what is needed as a result, not so much to what is needed to get there & how to get everyone else to do the same.
