My manager is amazing. She listens to my concerns and gives me the autonomy to map out my career growth. When I came to HubSpot I couldn't believe the dedication managers hav eto individual growth.

My team all works on very specific projects but are quick to help each other out when we need a hand. Knowing that I have the support of my peers makes me more relaxed and perform better on my tasks.

I'm paid fairly for the work that I am doing currently but the best part is that once a year all positions at HubSpot are reevaluated and increases are made if it shows that someone is underpaid compared to market. This gives me the reassurance that I'm being taken care of
