HubSpot does not pay at market value and compensation is all over the place. It feels that employees are minimally paid to maximize profits. I wish pay would match the positive culture we have.
HubSpot has historically paid under market value. Their entire benefits package is sub-par for a $1B+ revenue company. While its culture is awesome, its comp has room to improve. I hope they continue to invest into their employees instead of minimizing the cost of one.
