I like how they are transparent in all the decisions and changes. They ensure proper and prompt communication. Because of this, we always feel that we are important in every decision-making of the organization

The release date was never late. In fact, there are times that it is earlier than the expected date and I was saved a lot of times because of the prompt release of the salary package.

The leadership team always tries to reach out to the frontliners. There are townhalls, video messages, visits, and FGDs. We always feel that we are appreciated because of the time and effort to keep in touch with all of the organization
