I can't really comment because my team keeps changing.
The Christmas Party is always fun and brings folks together.
Obviously the PTO policy, but I think about the 401(k) and ESPP a lot.
Need to be more proactive in helping employees define their future, including new roles which leverages the strengths of employees. Don't just pretend to listen and go through the motions of T-times. Actually listen and make positive change happen.
