
The health package is good. I think dental and life insurance packages are good enough too.
Asking managers how the people who work them are is good. But its a very one sided view. We need to be asking employees how they feel about the people they report to.
My immediate boss is great. But another boss I report to is a bully and actively targets people he doesn't like until they leave the company. No one is brave enough to address this problem, even his boss.
Generally a great environment. But there is one very powerful leader in our group that often publicly and privately attacks employees. A number of us have talked to the person he reports to. Nothing has been done. People have left, publicly siting him as the sole reason they are leaving. Its bad.
