
I think the PTO benefits and ESPP are generous. I used to very much enjoy our company-wide shutdowns before those ended in 2020.
Everyone is passionate about what they do and for the most part, they appreciate collaboration. They are also very willing to help their teammates.

This is a challenging question to answer, as the leadership team has changed significantly several times since I joined the company. I guess the answer would be that for the most part, they are approachable.
In a company the size of Trimble, it is rare that an atmosphere feels so comfortable. People seem to enjoy their jobs, are energetic, easy to work with, approachable, and eager to help one another however they can.
