I value many of the frienships I have gained at work, but from an actual work perspective, I love that my job is always challenging me.

This is a challenging question to answer, as the leadership team has changed significantly several times since I joined the company. I guess the answer would be that for the most part, they are approachable.

In a company the size of Trimble, it is rare that an atmosphere feels so comfortable. People seem to enjoy their jobs, are energetic, easy to work with, approachable, and eager to help one another however they can.
