When my clients learn something new about their application. For instance, my Rite Aid client didn't know that their PDP pages were the main point of entry to their web app.

Variable compensation for customer-facing employees based on the combined ACV/TCV of their client base would be an interesting idea. The Business Insights training team has been unsuccessful (to put it nicely) and seeing them get promotions has been disheartening.

I've never seen such agility and fortitude (esp. with decision-making and change management) at a company of Dynatrace's scale. It seems like Rick is really cares about his staff, the company's future, and our macroenvironment. Rick is down to earth and understands the common worker's plight.
