Never had a pay rise in 9 years, not even cost of living. Asking is difficult but I have asked several times.

The international contact and people. Although a remote office, I feel well connected to individuals from around the world through regular contact.

Demonstrations and customer education sessions and discussions. Feedback i get is that i am great at this, except when being interrupted by Acct Exec.

Delivering stellar presentations and being able to confidently answer customer questions. Receiving feedback from customers and colleagues that I am expert at conveying highly complex information simply and clearly.

Visible and accessible. Annual Sales Kickoff conferences help to socialise knowledge of who the leadership team are. Some quite senior people have been to our region which helps mutual understanding.
