I think HubSpot is a progressive company that is constantly trying to improve. Whether that is about internal processes, staff, or how to ensure that employees are happy. The transparency from senior management and HR is there, even through difficult questions. They really are invested in us.

The people at HubSpot are really fantastic. In general, everyone is very welcoming, offering to answer questions and collaborate with you. The benefits are for the most part good, and I feel that my work life balance is not only important to me, but important to the whole team.

Working on projects that I am interested in, feeling accomplished and feeling recognized for my accomplishments.

Even though our teams are around the globe, there is a lot of effort made to bring them together in this very remote world.

Transparency and the continued emphasis on what makes our staff great. The ability for flexibility and the understanding that we have lives outside of the office.

They are all really empathetic. I DO think that HubSpot has only hired folks with HEART. I don't think I have met anyone or interacted with anyone to create a hostile environment.

They seem to reiterate what is important to them, and are often challenged with difficult questions. They have skirted information and the transparency has been unlike anything I have seen before in the workplace.

The people I work with are so great. Compassionate, thoughtful, and they take the time to listen. I feel lucky to be on a great team. I have never experienced working with such a team in my career.

Obviously a unique one is the unlimited time off, without really needing to have it cleared by your manager. This instills trust and allows employees to feel valued and trusted to get the work done. Also, the book perk is a small but great benefit I love.

I had a lot of experience when hired,& thought I was offered a good salary.After Pave,I was bumped to the minimum listed for my role.My colleague started with a much lower salary, but after Pave, their salary was "life-changing."We have the same title, but I have way more years experience than them.
