The work we do is incredibly challenging, and we're not paid enough for the amount of work we do and how well we do it. We're expected to be at the top of our game but aren't compensated for that. Yearly raises are low compared to other companies.

The jobs we do are hard — harder than what you’d see at other companies doing the same job. Given how hard we work and the expectations for our roles, I would expect to be paid more. Also, living and working in the Boston area in expensive. We’re not paid enough given the cost of living
