I love HubSpot as a company and the products we sell are great. Two things that should be improved are career development in CS - which right now is very limited and even with the new announcements there is little room to progress or change scope of work - and salaries which are below market.

HS is a great company that sells great products. I admire the Executive team, however in SG there is a lack of career opportunities, salaries are much lower compared to competition,some managers are very average and people keep leaving. This put a lot of stress on people who stay due to double work.

Singapore market is competitive. Employee retention has been an issue lately in Singapore and many people are leaving as they are easily getting 30-40% higher salaries in other companies.

Average compensation is lower compared to similar roles in other tech companies in Singapore. Also - as we are moving to revenue retention in Customer Success and we are required to sell more, it would be fair to raise salaries or incentives based on this.
