
My team are more than coworkers; they're friends and they really value the work that I bring to the team, and appreciate me as a person. Ironically, having a poor relationship with our manager has brought us closer together as a team.
I feel undervalued based on the feedback given by my manager and lack of her investment in my career growth. I would feel better if I was paid fairly for doing the work that I do, as similar positions at other companies are paid much higher.
