Overall the company has been great. The benefits are the best I have ever had at any job. While there are some sectors that need work cause no company is perfect, overall I love the direction things are going. I am happy to finally be apart of the change and with a manager focused on growth

The fact they are committed to change and working toward that actively. Also the fact that there is open transparency where I am now about department and company initiatives.

I love the unlimited PTO. Its nice take the time I need when I need it without going through hell and punitive measures. I also love that my current manager worked to ensure I get the compensation I deserve.

I like being given clear instruction, tasks and the space to perform my tasks in peace. I like that I am at work being treated as an independently working adult and not micromanaged or given un realistic deadlines/tasks. When I need support I have it

I would say the leadership team I am with now is great. While I am still getting to know them, the fact they are always present and provide assistance. They make their expectations clear and provide motivation, feedback and encouragement regularly. I no longer consider leaving the company.
