I've been here for 10+ years, so "the company" has seen a lot of changes and challenges in my time here. I'm hopeful that the new management will continue to improve the product and direction of the company going forward.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am very impressed by the changes they have implemented to improve benefits and diversity at Dynatrace.
What makes you most happy at work?
Competency at my job, good communication with my leader and team, and a decent salary and benefits.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am very much looking forward to the unlimited PTO this April, and hope that this is not the "trick" to identify employees for layoffs that it appears to be in other organizations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are slowly coming out of the old Compuware mentality and joining the rest of the tech world in embracing diversity and best-in-class benefits. It's not finished, but it's been a great start.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well as a team, we respect each other as employees as well as people. I do wish that we were able to back-fill our "missing" position, however - it's frustrating to see Sales becoming so bloated while other teams are struggling.
