I've been here for 6 months. And I enjoyed a lot in the technical side. I feel very involved with my work. I love that the company offer us different ways to keep learning different things.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The current enviroment that exists in the company. No one is making micromanagement
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The combination of my payroll and the stock plan is amazing. It makes me to be involved.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Do not complain so much about how things are and in case it is necessary to be able to contribute with acceptable solutions
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning a lot. We are working with different technologies and learning new tools or going deep on them it is awesome. I can get very focus in the technology and not trying to build some crap that somehow works but it does not scale.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm involved in different POC that we enabling in the infrastructure side. This is amazing as I could work with different teams. Until now I can work by myself and this help me to be focus in the piece that I'm working and trying to get the best quality on what we are working
