there are a lot of parts I like, but also some parts I don't like: no transparency on compensation topics and the concerns of employees on that topic are addressed, little transparency on decision making

I like the positive image of employees, I like the the culture of support

we have different characters but support each other in the best way and appreciate the different areas of strengths all of us have
