Dynatrace is a good company to work for, and I like the people around me. I love the flexibility to work from home most days, that is what makes me the happiest here. But there is some room for improvement in the areas of compensation, and career growth.

The people are nice and helpful.

The salary is nice, but bonuses would also be a good incentive.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I have a less stressful day and a manageable amount of work.

Teambuilders and team events would be nice once in awhile to get together and get to know each other better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they listen, have decent transparency compared to other companies, and have made positive changes and support a flexible work environment.
