I really love my manager (Pace). He has a great team and I love working with them. I think most people are great at DT. There are a few bad apples, but it's mostly about their insecurity not ill will. Most everybody is great though.

They are all about making the company successful. They are not about politics and personal gain.

Generally no (bad) politics. People all want to do the best for the company and cooperate with eachother

Being able to make a positive difference in the success of the company. Working with really awesome people.
