I have been with Dynatrace over 12 years and my experience has ebbed and flowed. At the moment I feel I am on an upward trajectory and that I am providing benefit to my company and country. As long as this continues I will be happy.

What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like I am doing work that is not just for Dynatrace but for the US public sector as well. A good bit of patriotism is in my work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Much of the exec leadership team is new so there are still unknowns but my impression is the team is turning the ship in a direction that will make us a growth engine, highly competitive and a company I will continue to want to grow with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know this will come in time but I have taken the "unofficial" mantel of Federal Chief Technologist which comes with a lot of responsibility. I am at the same time trying to run the Federal engineering team and the duties that my role requires. (i.e. strategic planning, engaging at the C level....
