Having solutions that work and are relavent to our prospects and customers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The RSUs were a big motivator to come on board in May and to stay long term
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is more senior and experienced. Our Director trust is and as long as we are showing results lets us do our own thing but is always available for suggestions and advice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the transparency internally and the way our CEO addresses Wall Street. I am very fortunate my Regional Director is excellent. I think I am lucky, there are a couple of teams in our region that seem to have less favorable experiences with their Directors.
