Like anywhere else, it isn't perfect at Dynatrace but that doesn't mean it's not a great overall experience. I work with very smart people who recognize that we're all just people and doing the best we can, which makes the entire experience that much better.

The general attitude that we can get things done and we are having an impact on the business

I don't feel like we have many extras so the best part of my package is the base salary
