Positive but constrained. I like working here but I am often frustrated by the pace of change and how often things are blocked or we're told it's not possible. Too much decision by consensus results in months of delays and repetitive meetings.

We have a good product and we're innovating which is exciting. People seem to genuinely care.
What makes you most happy at work?
Currently - only work life balance. Actually though, I like feeling like I'm contributing and using my expertise to get stuff done. I don't get much fulfilment from the slow pace and bureaucracy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Took a new role with a huge increase in responsibility but I have to "prove" myself for a promotion. If the role was listed externally we would have started a new hire on the higher salary band after 3 hours of interviewing but it takes us 6-12 months of "proving ourselves" and a masterpiece
