There is a lack of direction, accountbility, lots of tooling, my job is different than my description. The stock is down and execs seem out of touch. I get to use creativity in my day to day and have some sense of freedom.

sensitivity - Rick always answers questions about diversity or socially progressive things like Fridays off with a stern no, saying it's on us, and literally compared us to children asking for a mile when given an inch. It's tone deaf with what employees want. Don't be so dominant, compromiseexplain
