Dynatrace is a good company with many bright spots. Friendly people, strong products, but something is not clicking for me (post-pandemic funk or something else?). The products are very complex and not clearly connected to business outcomes. Without this it's hard to feel purpose in what we do

There have been some good efforts made to get people back in the office, and the interactions are friendly

We lack high-level corporate goals; I don't know what success looks like (only high level, not specifics); My function measures success in a very out-of-date way that tells us little; there is little appetite for change; It takes a long time to get things done;
