I like the tasks I have to do, but without a career perspective. Flex work model is great. The local culture is great, but it's a mixed bag between different countries. Salary is lower what a world-wide, market leading company should offer.

In general it's already quite good. and there is will to improve.

colleagues' culture from an acquired company feel different from the dynatrace culture.

salary is in the range of an average company that is only available in one country. Salary is not competitive with the salary of a globally available company or with a market leader company.
