Work-life balance, career opportunities are something I like about my company. However, there are many people in the leadership position with excellent execution skills, but poor leadership skills. Better compensation needed for the effort and the skillset we bring to the success of the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better compensation for sure as we not getting paid very well. Even after getting amazing appreciation, getting benefits as an average performer. No efforts taken from the company to maintain highly performing employees. Yearly special bonus and shares will be good as the other companies do.
