It has been good. The one challenge is that Linz is very different from the US, and it feels like there are no effective guard rails. Hence, there are way too many duplicated efforts which is wasteful of our time and theirs.

I love speaking with customers and hearing out their successes and how we are enabling their businesses.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a group of highly qualified and high quality individuals. I like and respect all of them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think Rick is very inspirational and presents very effectively. His commitment to the company and us as employees is clear and powerful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People at DT are really friendly and smart. There are very jerks and people really go out of the way to help each other which is great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company is very stingy with RSUs, and most of our competitors are far more generous. This is a key part of compensation in other companies, and it does not seem like something that DT prioritizes.
