Overall, my experience at Dynatrace has been fantastic. The work is challenging, but members of my team support me to be successful. The only room for improvement that I see is the lack of career progression or career roadmap

Everyone on my team is professional and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is included and that we're over-communicating to ensure we're achieving our goals at the highest standard
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the enthusiasm our leadership team has for Dynatrace, the difference we're making in the market and the exciting programs we're rolling out for our employees. I honestly feel like everyone on the leadership team truly cares about me.
