Salary is good, even though given inflation and how expensive everything got, it lost quite some value.

Inclusivity, focus on international and multicultural values, attention to detail and performance, no shortcuts mentality, attention to quality and detail, strive to excel and be competitive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is focused in removing obstacles and keeping the processes as lean and obstacles free as possible. Paths for self improvements and leadership are clear, there's a constant strive for improvement and optimization, which i find great.
